Diego Professional Twerker

Diego is a much loved twerker who twerks at parties. He is paid like this:

However, Diego Go was recently diagnosed with a pancreas disorder known as Squeekcreas. This causes his pancreas to squeek when he twerks. If he overtwerks, his pancreas explodes and his body deflates. Luckily, doctors have developed a tool known as the air pump. It adds air back into his pancreas and he is stable once more. 

However, Diego continues to do what he loves: twerking. It causes indigestion, stomach pain, and vommitting, but he does it despite these obstacles. 

Just today, however, his pancreas has exploded and even though he was inflated once more, he is still suffering. He can't talk nor walk and can only eat hotel bar soaps and hotel shampoos. Doctors are trying to develop a cure, however, do not understand the cause of these symptoms.
